We Ridhi Enterprise are Authorized Distributer of Bentsai Company in India. One of the most advance technology company and we have hired dealers at various places for that in India under RIDHI ENTERPRISE.
So its pretty clear that Hired dealers are our dealers for Bentsai Model( As per agreement between RIDHI ENTERPRISE and Dealers) not the Dealer of Bentsai company

Warranty Terms and Conditions
We are bound to deliver the best quality support and services to our customers.
Its our responsibility to deliver you product in good condition . So after receiving the product make vedio while opening the package, if you find any damage or product not in good condition send us that vedio which proper shows that “product not received in good/working condition” We will replace the product.
We are very particular toward transparency hence we clearly state warranty terms and conditions which is as below:
- Battery and Cable not under warranty. Physical Damage not cover.
- Warranty is Valid only if you buy consumables (Cartridge) from Ridhi Enterprise.
- There is No warranty on Cartridge as its consumable
- Earthing should be proper at the place of charging.
- Cartridge must not be kept open if not in use.
- Warrant will vary as per the product model however terms and conditions will remain the same.
